I’m Tricia Fields. I write Romantic Suspense and Paranormal Romance. Why? Because I love happy endings. And I believe in love. So Romance was a natural fit for me. But I also love the thrills and chills of a good suspenseful story, so I like the blending of the two. That’s what I started writing, but I soon found my stories including ghosts or psychics. Then shapeshifters, vampires or witches started showing up, so moving into writing paranormal stories was natural for me.
I still love both genres, and I still write both, but I have a difficult time keeping some sort of paranormal beings out of my stories.
In the real world, I am married and have both a son and a daughter. My family provides me with lots of inspiration and support, not to mention motivation to work hard, so I can hopefully get to a point where I can stay home and write full-time. At least that’s my dream.
